How the Program Works
EDF Climate Corps
is an innovative summer fellowship program that places specially trained graduate students in companies, cities, universities and other organizations to save money and reduce emissions by cutting energy waste. Working directly with staff in operations, corporate sustainability and other departments, fellows work for 10-12 weeks over the summer to develop a customized energy plan that demonstrates the financial and environmental benefits of investing in energy efficiency. In addition, fellows work on strategy projects, employee engagement initiatives, and a variety of other special focus programs.
