David Krantz developed a marketing slide deck, a blueprint for expanding that deck to other areas of work, and also developed ideas for future corporate growth.


The goal of this fellowship was to gather disparate data from members of the company’s sales teams to tell one unifying story of the company’s enterprise-retail offerings, that can be used internally to educate employees about the scope of the company’s work and market the company’s work to potential clients.


A PowerPoint presentation was developed that can be used both internally and externally, and adapted for future growth. Also, a spreadsheet was developed that can be used to develop similar PowerPoint presentations for other groups of clients that the company serves.

Additionally, 15 ideas were developed and presented that can be used by the company to increase growth, better retain employees, and better engage with the communities in which the company works.

Potential Impact

This work will help contribute to increased savings of 15-25 million kWh of savings in the enterprise-retail grocery segment of Dalkia's business alone, plus provide additional savings opportunities as the company expands this work into other market segments.
