Data was collected from internal systems and procurement teams, and validated through Python scripting and geographical mapping. A user-friendly web application using AppSheet was developed to convert static data into a dynamic tool, facilitating real-time updates and offering this single source for companywide waste vendors.

The project increased vendor visibility, enabling more informed waste management decisions and potentially reducing costs and environmental impact. The creation of a centralized library resource streamlines decision-making and improves vendor relationships.
