Summary

David Krantz developed a survey instrument to learn more about the organization’s clients; tested and helped launch the survey; analyzed the results of the survey; developed a second survey instrument for those who expressed interest in the organization;

Goals

Catholic Climate Covenant seeks to better understand how well it has served its clients, what other services that it can offer its clients, and how it can better attract and secure potential clients.

Solutions

Following interviews with key stakeholders within Catholic Climate Covenant and its partner organization, Mission Energy, David Krantz developed two survey instruments. The first was designed to assess how well Catholic Climate Covenant and Mission Energy have served their clients through their shared solar-energy program, Catholic Energies, while ascertaining the potential for the provision of other services. The second survey instrument was designed to learn more from those who expressed interest to Catholic Energies but did not follow through to become clients.

Potential Impact

As a result of the implementation of the two survey instruments, Catholic Climate Covenant better understands both its current and potential clients. Correspondingly, Catholic Climate Covenant is well positioned to offer new services to its clients to better serve them and offer new services to potential clients to help grow its client base and subsequent impact.
