Addressing supply chain emissions allows organizations to build a more sustainable, resilient value chain. However, quantifying supplier emissions and emissions reductions can pose significant challenges.

Learn best practices to quantify supplier GHG emissions and engage suppliers to reduce those emissions. WSP will briefly cover the basics of GHG accounting, followed by an in-depth discussion about how to quantify GHG emissions in your supply chain. WSP will share insights and best practices on how to engage your suppliers to not only calculate GHG emissions, but also reduce emissions over time.

Innovative Funding for Energy Efficiency/On-Site Energy and Storage Projects

A webinar with RENEW and Redaptive

Redaptive and RENEW will highlight funding mechanisms in the market: capital purchase, capital and operating leases, shared-savings agreements, and PACE. The Webinar will outline ideal applications of each mechanism, based on the profile and energy-savings goals of the company. Is one site or an entire portfolio being addressed? How does the company’s credit rating affect funding strategies?

The presentation aims to enable Fellows to more effectively analyze a company’s needs and chart a path to funding—particularly for portfolio-wide upgrades. The presentation will also include a deep dive using case studies on ESA and an alternate deployment approach using the same funding mechanism.

We will present third-party, impact investor funding options to advance energy retrofits and on-site clean energy for Commercial, Industrial and Institutional buildings, sharing case studies of successful Energy Services and Power Purchase Agreements which can combine Energy Conservation Measures with varying ROIs.

We will illustrate how delay commits companies to excess energy/maintenance spending, while third-party funding can unlock savings without impacting capital budgets.

Engaging Stakeholders on Behind-the-Meter Energy Storage

    A webinar with ERS

ERS will illustrate how the landscape for energy storage is changing, and the opportunities available for engaging new stakeholders.

Energy storage can save customers money by reducing their demand charges and can support the greater grid by allowing customers to easily participate in demand response programs. These demand response programs pay participants to lower their demand during the most expensive hours of the year, saving all ratepayers from paying for unnecessary capacity. New utility rates are being rolled out that allow customers to capture both values, and more.

Strengthening Supply Chain Engagement as a Valuable Step Towards a Circular Economy

    A webinar with Circle Economics

Most companies lack visibility and control over the lifecycle impact of their products. Strengthening relationships with suppliers and increasing data assets can help companies identify important hotspots throughout the value chain.

It is known that the most valuable opportunities to reduce a product’s environmental impact typically exist within the supply chain. A pragmatic 3-step approach is recommended to measure, manage and market a company’s value chain environmental impact, enabled by network technology. Circular business models bring great opportunities. Sustainability data is used to identify where resources can be used more efficiently and chart the most cost-effective path towards circularity.
